Position 1: 

HR/Recruitment Internship day-to-day responsibilities include. 

Job Location: Remote

1. Understanding Client business profile, organization structure, and Job specifications.
2. Job Postings on Portals.
3. Head Hunting, conducting market analysis and internet research, determining industry trends, breaking down organizational structures, and identifying where the talent lies.
4. Database Search and Database Management in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
5. Assisting the recruitment Consultants in Screening, Scheduling, interviewing, and reference-checking of prospective job seekers.
6. Generating Reports and MIS in Excel and using CRM.

Position 2 : 

Inside Sales Internship day-to-day responsibilities include.

Job Location: Remote 

1. Responsible for research and database building of hiring companies through Internet research, Social Media, Job Boards, and References.
2. Researching the needs of hiring companies and learning who makes decisions about recruitment vendor empanelment. 
3. Creating a complete daily report in an Excel sheet and CRM and following up. 
4. Develop a process for inside sales self-monitoring. 
5. Inside sales, cold calling, interacting with clients for pitching of recruitment and staffing services to hiring companies across MNCs, MSMEs, and Startups in India AND/OR Overseas markets hiring Indians. 
6. Understanding the client's business profile, mission, vision, culture, and manpower requirements before passing them to the Recruitment Team for service.
7. Creating and sharing proposals and sign-up contract agreements. 
8. Understanding Job Specifications of hiring companies and passing them on to the Recruitment team to service.

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduated less than 12 months ago or about to complete a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields at the problem-solving time of application
• Although no specific programming language is required – you should be familiar with the syntax of languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python
• Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, algorithm design, data structures, problem-solving and complexity analysis
